Per Coast Guard regulations we will have a life vests that properly fit each person and are US Coast Guard Approved.

Yes, we always see several types of birds, nearly always see dolphin, turtles, fish and more.

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice before your scheduled booking to receive a full refund.

Cancelation between 71-25 hours: 50% of charter is non-refundable.

Cancelation of less than 24 hours: full cost of charter is non-refundable.

Rescheduling fee of $100 between 24-48 hours prior to scheduled charter.

**This does not apply to cancelation associated with adverse weather conditions, or if the captain cancels for safety reasons.

We encourage clients to carpool and then park at the venue address. 

We recommend a jacket or sweatshirt depending on weather, comfortable shoes that do not have black bottoms, sunscreen (non-aerosol), and snacks. You are also welcomed to bring "whatever" you want to drink. However Red drinks and red wines are prohibited. Remember we will have gatorade, water, soft drinks and ice. You will not need a cooler as we have ample storage and cooling areas for your food and drinks.

Staterooms (onboard bedrooms) are only available to guests during certain custom charters. Otherwise the use of staterooms is prohibited. Be sure to ask us about custom charters.
